What to include in your enquiry
- Product type — mica tape, sheet, machined parts, EV insulation or accessories
- Application — cable type, motor, battery pack, appliance, etc.
- Fire resistance class or operating temperature
- Voltage rating (for electrical insulation applications)
- Dimensions — thickness, width, or a drawing for machined parts
- Quantity and delivery schedule
- Applicable standard, if your project references one
How we respond
Enquiries reach our technical sales team, not a general mailbox. We aim to respond within three working days with either a quotation or a request for the additional detail we need.
For development projects we can provide samples for evaluation, and our laboratory can support verification work where a test result is required.
