Beijing Yitian Mica Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "YT MICA") recognises the importance of personal information and is committed to protecting it. This policy applies to the website ytmica.com and all of its sub-pages (the "Site"). Please read this policy carefully before using the Site.

2. What we collect and why
We collect only the minimum information necessary for each function:

We do not collect ID numbers, bank card numbers, biometric data, precise location, contact lists or SMS content.
You may decline to provide information; in that case we may be unable to respond to your enquiry or process your application. Browsing public content is not affected.
3. Cookies
The Site uses only strictly necessary session cookies, which support form submission, captcha validation and prevention of duplicate submissions. They are not used for advertising, are not used to track you across other websites, and are not used for profiling.
The Site does not deploy any third-party analytics, advertising or social media tracking scripts.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent forms and captcha from working, but will not affect browsing of public content.
4. Sharing, transfer and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
The Site does not use third-party live chat, form-hosting, analytics or advertising services. Information you submit through our forms goes directly to our own servers and our corporate email system, without passing through any third-party platform.
We disclose personal information only: (a) where required by laws and regulations, or by a binding request made by a judicial or administrative authority under due process; or (b) in other circumstances with your separate consent.
Internally, access is granted on a least-privilege basis to staff who need it to perform their duties, subject to role-based permissions and confidentiality obligations.
We will not transfer your personal information to any company or individual except in a merger, demerger, dissolution or bankruptcy, in which case we will inform you of the recipient's identity and contact details and require continued compliance with this policy.
We will not publicly disclose your personal information without your separate consent or unless required by law.
5. Storage location and retention
Your personal information is stored on servers located in mainland China. We do not transfer your personal information outside China.
We retain personal information only for the shortest period necessary for the stated purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law. Specific retention periods are set out in the table in section 2.
6. How we protect your information
We apply industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS encryption across the Site, role-based access control on a least-privilege basis with periodic access reviews, confidentiality obligations and privacy training for staff, periodic vulnerability checks, retention and audit of access logs, and controlled custody of files containing personal information.
No internet transmission is completely secure. In the event of a personal data breach we will activate our incident response procedure and notify you by email, telephone or public notice of the nature of the incident, likely impact, measures taken and steps you can take, and will report to the competent authority as required.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access and obtain a copy of your personal information, to correct or complete it, to have it deleted, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out), to request portability where the conditions set by the Chinese cybersecurity authority are met, and to request an explanation of our processing rules.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the competent cyberspace, market regulation or data protection authority, or bring a claim before a court of competent jurisdiction. Where the EU GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Children
The Site provides industrial material information to businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under the age required for valid consent in your jurisdiction, please use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
9. Third-party links and sharing buttons
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including partner links) and sharing entries for Sina Weibo, Qzone and WeChat. These sharing entries open the relevant platform's sharing page by way of a redirect; the Site does not embed their tracking code. Third parties process information under their own policies, which we do not control. Please review their privacy policies before visiting.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect business or legal changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Where the purposes or methods of processing, or your rights, change materially, we will notify you separately by prominent notice on the Site.
