High-Temperature Mica Insulating Tape
Mica insulating tape for EV battery packs, supplied with adhesive on one side so it bonds tightly to the substrate. The tape resists a 950 °C flame for 10 minutes without burn-through.
It can be laminated with PET or PI film and meets RoHS requirements. Widths from 20 mm to 1000 mm are available on request.

Technical requirements
- Fire resistance: no burn-through after 10 minutes in a 950 °C flame.
- Withstand voltage: 10 minutes at 950 °C, then 5000 VDC for 1 minute without breakdown.
- Adhesion: adhesive on the mica side, bonding tightly to the substrate; no breakdown at 5000 VDC under pressure.
- Lamination: can be combined with PET film or PI film.
- Compliance: meets RoHS requirements.
