0.5 mm mica sheet for battery module thermal runaway protection, with adhesive on both faces and a 0.15 mm adhesive layer carried on PET film.
The part is packed with desiccant during transport to hold insulation performance, and complies with RoHS and REACH for export markets.
Requirements
Technical requirements
- Material: 0.5 mm mica sheet.
- Adhesive: both faces, 0.15 mm thick, on PET film; 180° peel strength 11–13 N/20 mm; UL test report available.
- Flammability: UL94 V-0.
- Thermal conductivity: <0.5 W/(m·K).
- Withstand voltage: 3820 VDC for 1 min, leakage <1 mA, no breakdown or flashover.
- Insulation: 2500 VDC, ≥11 GΩ at 20 ±2 °C and 65 ±2 % RH; desiccant included in the packing.
- Compliance: RoHS and REACH.
