Jute Yarn
Made from imported jute yarn, twisted to the specified number of plies and supplied on spools. It offers low specific gravity, high tensile strength, abrasion resistance and good ventilation and heat dissipation.
It is used as a filler for welding cable, rubber-sheathed cable and elastomer cable in high-temperature processing. Reference standard: GB/T 2696-2008.
Grades
Grades and notes
- Two grades are supplied: 21 lb and 28 lb.
- The 28 lb grade has more and larger fibres, so fibres may protrude after sheathing.
- The 21 lb grade is the more common grade in the market.
- Spool size and yarn count are confirmed on enquiry.
