Yitian® new energy mica insulation products are designed for the lithium-ion battery packs of electric vehicles and energy storage systems. Mica tape and mica board provide reliable thermal barriers between battery cells, resisting temperatures up to 950°C and preventing thermal runaway propagation.
The products have strong viscosity and tensile strength, good high temperature resistance and combustion resistance, and maintain good insulation performance during flame combustion and high temperature exposure.
All products can be customized according to customer requirements, including size, thickness and backing material.
